VP of Sales

I am responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our customer base is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I help manage all inside and outside sales representatives and aim to give them the information they need to represent our company above and beyond our customers’ standards. I monitor financial reports and aid in capital expenditure as the company continues to grow.

I have grown up in this industry and have experienced doing any and every job that we ask our drivers to do everyday. I have driven the route trucks, pick up and delivery, washed units in prep for delivery, repaired equipment, changed tires, P&M’s, and everything in between. I have dispatched delivery stops, created and managed routing, drivers, and customer service representatives. I have helped to create positions of every level, implemented software changes, built websites, and managed social media accounts.

In an industry where technology and innovation isn’t always prevalent, I bring a youthful perspective to the market that most competitors aren’t able to provide. I have a deep understanding of how commercial construction companies operate, buy, and have developed long-lasting relationships with many contractors in the industry. I am an excellent communicator and have an in-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of this industry.

To this point, I have had a hand in almost every large project that we have taken on. When we were awarded Texas Instruments in 2022, there was a massive change that has helped evolve our company to who we are today. I have also helped schedule and manage many K-12 projects (Van Alstyne, Anna, Krum, Ponder, Pottsboro, Sherman, Denison, and many more), hospital projects, semiconductor plants, subdivisions, and just about any other type of construction you can think of.

The greatest thing I am able to do every day is lead people to be their best. As I continue to grow my own leadership, my hope is that my work peers are able to see the desire I have for them and this company to succeed. I am able to meet and speak to many different customer types: from individuals renting for their backyard party, to some of the largest commercial construction executives building billions of dollars worth of construction in DFW.

I enjoy golfing, being outdoors, and have wonderful family and friends to spend time with. I also try to get to the mountains once every winter to snowboard. I enjoy spending time with my wife and baby girl and attend a local church that enables me to share my faith with my community and peers.

I am passionate about how we have been able to grow. We have acquired high quality talent and have added additional, self-performed, services to provide quality at every interaction. I am excited to be the only company to offer this array of services to the market.
